Headache is a pain in the principal, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems similar to eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons approaching head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have venomous side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Why not see your doc for some preventative medication. There are many meds that are used to back prevent migraines. It makes more sense to find out what is causing them and prevent them if you can and if you can't next try preventative medicine so you get smaller amount of them.
There are pressure points on your forehead and temple ( the side of your guide between your ears and eyes ) and on top of your skull as well as where on earth your jaw meets the skull. Place your index fingers at the center of your forehead and add on pressure. move them in small cirular motions.. about the size of a nickle. do this for several second and slowly move your fingertips over to your temples and repeat. Breathe slowly but deeply. While massage your temples use your thumbs to massage your cheek just next implicit to earlobes. ( basically your thumbs are rubbing right below your your index fingers. ) Then move to the top of your skull and press down as well..
do this for a few minutes .. surrounded by a cool room with fresh air. Or within a darkend room.
with practice you will be able to use respectively finger on your hands at the same time your pinky , ring, and middle fingers beside be spread out evenly across your forehead, your index finger upon your temples, and your thumbs at your jaw point. It should look lik eyour covering your eyes next to your hands.
hope this helps.
Between the thumb and index finger pinch the flap of skin there and that can help near a normal headach. Best bet got to the dr or er and grasp a perventative and a percription. This is a life saver for me. Eat economically and rest. Drinking lost of fliuds can help too, sometime you are just to dried up.
This would suggest you have some help on delivery and have some injury to your neck. It is not uncommon for someone to be surrounded by a whiplash type accident and never have headache again.. The best advice is to get the mete out taken care of...not trying to treat the symptoms. The doctor of chiropractic sees these conditions routinely.
slice a lime and rub it across your forehead...or slice a lime and throw it into your margarita and drink the pain away *just kidding* but the lime on the forehead thing really does work
Get someone to give you a massage-the pressure points are located contained by the middle of the head and neck -if you can put your hand behind your neck(with your fingers) you can feel these two bones that connect the come first and the neck, if someone can put just the right amount of pressure I am sure that will help out ease the pain.. Source(s): Family partaker had migraines had to do squeeze twice a week.
If you've have them from such an early age, consult a chiropractic: be sure he/she is properly qualified (US or France) Migraine from so early an age is normally a small spinal column displacement which can be easily and painlessly corrected.
