Could you also write some more info about you? I used to have migraines, when I be younger (about 14), because I was growing up really fast, but I be also too thin (cca 170 cm, 40 kg) so I didn't have adequate vitamins or proteins etc... So I drunk whey protein cocktail (it is called Laktofit, but I don't know, if the name is indistinguishable in your country) every day and surrounded by few weeks I had 55 kg and everything was ok :)

OK now that I enjoy told you the types of headaches. Here is what you do for them.

Migraines, muscular tension, cervicogenic, and some sinus and cluster headache can be helped by a chiropractor. If it is sinus, you need to ask the chiropractor if they hold a sinus/cranial treatment (not all do).

For Hypertension, cluster, temporal arteritis (unless it has optical component) and brain tumor- go see your doctor

For Temporal arteritis with optical impairment, subarachnoid hemorrhage and subdural hematoma, go to the Emergency Room right away.

I hope this helps.

I option you the best. Source(s): I'm a chiropractor
