If I take Fiber Choice in the morning near my coffee, will I poop more?

You might be getting the stomach aches and gas because you are not getting satisfactory liquid when you are taking them.
I would try taking them with lunch or dinner and beside a lot of liquid throughout the year.
They don't work right away so taking them in the morning wouldn't help you poop more.
3 or 4 prunes next to coffee will help.
