Why after sporting actions do i own a agony contained by my heel and can just about amble?

Whenever i do any sports like rugby or football after about 30mins i attain really bad pains in my right heel and this cramp carries on for a further few hours before going away this have been happening for a few months presently ive been to the doctors but he didnt do anything, could some one help
