I have a pulled groin...would drinking a few glasses of wine prevent the reparing of the muscles ...as ive heared its not ok to drink and workout at indistinguishable time...so i was wondering if it be a problem with the muscle repair
Answers:
Wine will interfere beside muscle repair.
Wine will also dehydrate the system and
have a potentially dangerous antipathy
with NSAIDs and especially acetaminophen.
Again, NEVER use alcohol with any
medication, especially acetaminophen.
Acetaminophen is also specified as paracetamol,
tylenol, APAP, and other names.
Mixing mediations and alcohol may cause especially
serious liver damage.
After the pain is gone, and at least possible
a couple of days after any pain medication,
it may be alright to have one, or possibly
two regular glasses, 120ml(5oz), of red
wine, but any beneficial effects of wine
are negligible.
Drink lots of extra hose down, take a daily
multivitamin and CMZ(calcium citrate,
magnesium and zinc) to speed your
taking back and reduce probabilities of
future smash up. Rest the injury, but
get some moderate daily exercise, and
some sunlight.
Good Luck!
