I hurt my rear legs yesterday lifting weights. Today I woke up and my moved out foot is asleep and adjectives tingly.?

My left leg and calf is stiff as a board. I am not in discomfort though. Will this go away itself or should I see a doctor? Never hurt my back formerly.
Answers:
Muscles, pain and referred headache are covered in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. Teaches you how to help yourself.
Household muscle relaxers are molasses (a swig or two) or bananas.
The knot (where it hurts most) in the muscles are called trigger points, explicitly where you want to rub with down the muscle 6-12 times per session, up to 6 times a day with the objective of getting them to loosen up.
A massage therapist is a virtuous stop to help the muscles in the subsidise that can create problems in other places in the body.
may get better, but not move about away. I strongly recommend a chiropractor. You have a pinched nerve credible caused by subluxation -- a vertebra out of place so the impertinence is impinged. Source(s): personal experience
bump^^ , both good answers, lay off the weights for a few days, and confer ur back a rest, if it doesnt go away or get worse, go to the doc for mri or ct scan,, see what the deal is.. trust me dude, u dont want to mess up ur backbone permanently.
possibly you might enjoy pinched a nerve or you did do some damage to your put a bet on. see a m.d if it doesnt go away. possibly he will send you for a MRI of your fund. stop lifting weights until you find out what is wrong before you do more damage to your spinal column. Source(s): nurse
