Am I scarce calcium or is it a muscle strain?

I had a small shoulder/neck/arm strain (I'm a musician, and I hurt it during a rehearsal) back contained by November and I've healed since then but it come back around last week. I have a huge festival that I was at two weeks ago so I digit that contributes to it coming back, but this time its more the muscles than the bones hurting. Right now its the moved out side of my neck, the muscles in my shoulder, and my moved out bicep. I don't have that much calcium in my diet right presently, should I start adding more into my diet? Will my muscles be less sore if I do so? Thanks
Answers:
it take a while for calcium to kick in . But it could be a muscle strain . your bones would hurt if you didn't own that much calcium . Still add calcium into your diet but try stretching out your muscles. Source(s): Mom has osteoporosis .
