How do i bring back my legs to stop acheing?

Well for the first time in... ever i went for a 5 hour walk/run and in a minute im walking like an old man. how do i draw from them to stop aching like crazy? This is starting to get hold of unbearable.

try taking motrin its an anti- inflammatory as okay as alternate between ice and heat 20 mins respectively... you could have pulled something or it simply could be from overuse. but u need so see your doctor if the distress persist or gets worse

This is what is called lactate burn, when you bounce into an exercise or 5 hour walk/run that your body was not prepared to do, you get this burn surrounded by your muscles. warm bath and message and Ibuprofen for the spasm. Next time try to at least do some stretching or join a gym your body will thank you.hope you quality better soon
Excercise more. Then the subsequent time you work out a lot, it won't hurt as much. But for the time being, attach heat, i.e., take a thaw bath and gently work your muscles.
