You are having headache and that is the first part of your answer and the second piece is that you have eye strain that seems to enjoy come out of nowhere. It didn't. It is attached to the headaches. You have muscles that move your skipper inside your skull where they go up to the top of your herald so it can cause rotation and side movement of your head. When those muscles achieve tight the first thing you are going to notice is a headache. As those muscles tighten up they can put pressure on the nerves going to the eyes or even the eye center itself. That pressure is what you are idea when your eyes hurt. I had that happen to me for years and never get a good answer as to what was cause me to have this eye strain. Finally I had to release the muscles within my neck and in doing so also get rid of the pain for my eyes. It didn't take much to amount out the rest. Here is how you can release the muscles in your neck:
Invert your hand and put them next to your head placing your thumbs contained by under your ears and your fingers behind your pave the way. Squeeze together and hold until the muscles release. Then slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your guide there for another 30 seconds.
With your collar in the bent position, replace your thumbs in underneath the ears and your fingers behind your neck but right subsequent to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly move up your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your come first like that for another 30 seconds.
It may run a couple of times to get everything released but now you at smallest have the tools.
