Back affliction within a dancer/runner?

I have had this intense lower backbone pain for about 3 days. I've tried icing and heat it. It sort of came out of no where. It started shortly after a afternoon where I ran an amalgamation mile on the treadmill. If I try to stand up straight it feels like a nozzle is being shoved in my final and afterwards I feel a radiating pain down to closing of my back.

I have a foxtrot audition coming up at the end of the week and if I can't even stand up straight I'm screwed. Also I'm dying to get put a bet on on the treadmill HELP
