I'm a pubescent near sciatica?

My lower back hurts, but the right side of my buttocks and leg is just numb, and I can erratically get pins and needles in my right foot. In extra, I have myoclonic jerks within my right leg at random times.

I'm nineteen now and I've have this for a couple of years. There was no definite point where on earth I can say "this happened, and consequently it caused this" - I woke up with it in the future, and don't know why (best explanation I can come up with is twisted in my sleep and trapped a audacity.) It's a lot better at times than at others; sometimes, it's practically non-existent, others I can't bend down to pick something off the floor.

Is nearby anything I can do to at least help the strain, if not completely eliminate it - I don't want to be surrounded by pain for my whole natural life?
Answers:
Yes there is, there is no common sense for you to have to live in dull pain. You have the pinched muscles in your subsidise, as you already know, but those pinched muscles are putting pressure on the nerves going into your legs and one of them is the sciatica. Once you release your back muscles the pains should be gone. Here is how to release them:
Back:
Place your left foot on your left leg next to your body. Place your right foot over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 second slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you realize your lap remain there for another 10 second, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your paw positions and do your right side.
Have you been to the doctor. Sounds similar to you have a trapped nerve.
Alternatively turn to an Osteopath, they use gentle treatment. They keep me on my foot as I have had a lifetime of support problems.
thats is exactly how my degenarative disc disease started...i been on pain meds and torment management for 7 years now..my best suggestion is for you to see your doc and have some mri's done..then you can see whats really goin on and your doc can treat you best from here...good luck and go see your doctor soon so you can achieve on the right track and feel better
