3400 mg of medication and backache still is not anyone relieved?

Yesterday at around 10:00am I started AF and grabbed some tylenol from a co-worker. I started out with 1 at 500mg. It subsided for a few hours. (Normally 600mg of Ibuprofen does me fine for just about 6 hours on a good month) So at about 1:00pm, I took another 500mg tylenol. At 6:00 pm, I took 3 ibs
at 200mg/pill. Then at 8:00, I took another 3. Finally it give me some comfort but then woke up at 2:50 am and took 4. It subsided the pain until I woke up where on earth the pain became worse. So, knowing that 800mg is comparatively a bit to take another dose only 3 hours next, I decided to wait. Where I finally took two Advils. 200mg/pill. So right presently its starting to slowly dull the pain, but why is it not relieving me completely. Normally I take just about 4 doses of 3 pills in one day and after I'm good. Until the following month. But for some reason, this is the 2nd morning and after that many mgs of medication it should have be completely eliminated. Can anyone, specifically a doctor maybe, if that's regular? Or what the side effects could be? I know its not healthy, but what else can I do?
Answers:
You can die of tylenol if you take too much...the liver can't process it. Ask your doctor for a better misery killer. After my operation i was given Paracetamol/Codeine. Pain be gone in 10 minutes...and it was severe twinge.

Edit: i just realised you said every month...naprogesic is very virtuous i've been told.

First things first, it's not safe to whip that much medication. You can seriously damage the lining of your stomach and possibly endow with yourself an ulcer.
I would consider talking to your doctor. You own to wonder what is causing this pain, not simply getting rid of it. Make an appointment with your doc and have them hold a look.
