Answers:
I have fibromyalgia and if I sleep more than 8-9 hours I wake surrounded by crippling pain through my whole body. I enjoy to take pain pills and stand within the hot shower for awhile just to get sane.
You have some muscles that inevitability to be released in your back and décolletage. During the day we can often overlook simple pains that we bring with something that is pinched, but at darkness it is going to come out and get us big time. Here is how you can release those muscles:
Neck
Invert your hands and put them subsequent to your head placing your thumbs in lower than your ears and your fingers behind your head. Squeeze together and hold until the muscles release. Then slowly lower your organizer until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head nearby for another 30 seconds.
With your neck within the bent position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers down your neck but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles hold all released, slowly lift your chief until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head similar to that for another 30 seconds.
Back:
Place your left paw on your left leg next to your body. Place your right paw over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 second slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you conquer your lap remain there for another 10 second, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your foot positions and do your right side.
If this happens all the time, you can try a few things - different pillows, different amounts of pillows, sleep on your bed at the other train - but you may want to go see a doctor. It's not normal for someone to sleep so much or to rouse up so sore.

You could have fibromyalgia or another condition that makes your muscles sore.

if this solely happened in the ending few days, you could just have the flu, or possibly meningitis. Either passageway, you should probably see your doctor - pain is the body's way of signaling that something have gone wrong and needs to be attended to.
Your sleeping position is probably wrong.
And if you sleep adjectives day you will wake up clearly. It's a fact.
