every time i go to sleep i wake up really sore my nouns hurts badand my shoulders its usaully in thaat area and im not sleeping wrong or anything im in recent times wondering coulde it be because i sleep all day im other laying down could that cause bones to be sore but im singular 18 so idk
I have fibromyalgia and if I sleep more than 8-9 hours I wake surrounded by crippling pain through my whole body. I enjoy to take pain pills and stand within the hot shower for awhile just to get sane.
You have some muscles that inevitability to be released in your back and décolletage. During the day we can often overlook simple pains that we bring with something that is pinched, but at darkness it is going to come out and get us big time. Here is how you can release those muscles:

if this solely happened in the ending few days, you could just have the flu, or possibly meningitis. Either passageway, you should probably see your doctor - pain is the body's way of signaling that something have gone wrong and needs to be attended to.
Your sleeping position is probably wrong.
