i get bad go before aches like atleast 3 times a week i use ib profin but it never help! is there any other pill or way to win rid of it!

advil liqigels are pretty honest.
I would try Aleve and a cool pack on the back of your neck if you be aware of like that's were it's coming from. If anything else, have a chat to your doctor and they might be able to give you stronger stuff.
Peppermint Essentail oils is the very best thing-better than tylenol i promise

put ice in a pack and put it over your forehead until it goes away ,that happened to me once but i put rime on my head for like 5min and it go away.
i would see a dr for possible migraines. if it is a migriane ibuprophen will prolly not work. i enjoy been on migraine prevention medication for almost 9 years. there are abortive medication for migraines as in imitrex, zomig, maxalt, replax. you could try excendrin as it contains caffiene and may help.
