Has anyone ever have their throat stretched?

I am about to have a desk light ran down my throat to see if it needs to be stretched due to I have a problem with feeling approaching my throat is going to close in. I just want to know have anyone ever had this done before next to the same problems and did it fix it?
Answers:
I used to have that problem until I be shown the way to release the muscle under my chin. When that muscle is tight it also narrow the passageway to your throat which can make it strong to swallow and breathe. Here is how to release it:
Under your chin:
Place your thumbs up under your chin near the front. Feel the muscle between them for as tight as it can be. Press on it and hold. Relax, lift a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any piece of your body. When the muscle starts to release, slowly look upward until your neck is fully extended. Then release the pressure but hold your head here for one minute longer.
