Try Some Fiber supplements and stool relaxers (easy on the stool relaxer though) to stimulate your bowels. If no luck you may be stopped up due to moving stress or some other cause and I would see your doctor.
what you need to do is try a couple of medication that are over-the-counter. You should be able to get them at any pharmacy or somewhere close to walmart. The first thing you need is to pinch a stool softener such as Colace 100mg capsules. Take one of those in the morning and one within the evening with plenty of water or liquid through the day. The second thing you should try along beside the stool softenter is a laxative called MiraLax...it comes in different size bottles and it is a powder but it have no taste you just mix 17 grams of miralax which should be one capful into 8 ounces of fluid. take that once a day and you can mix it into any soft. Some liquids i've used are tea and gatorade but you can use whatever. I'm a nurse and the doctor I work for prescribes this to his patients near constipation and this works very well for most patients. If this doesnt work for you they hold presciption medications you could talk to your doctor going on for such as Amitiza. Keep drinking plenty of fluids and put more fiber in your diet. Hope this helps!
I lived most of my life with symptoms you describe. It be never diagnosed any better than the standard doctor's answer when they don't know what's going on ---- "Must be nerves, get used to it, live with it." Eventually, over some 40 years, and beside age the problem slowly dwindled away.
From my reading over the years, I'm convinced it was what today is called Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
You requirement to SEE A DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Rapid, distinct changes in intestinal and bowl behaviour can be indicative of possibly very serious health issues. See a doctor NOW.
In the meantime, to relieve some of the gas debris, try one or both of the following:
1. Kneel on your bed, with your head and shoulders down on the bed surface for several minutes until the gas have worked its way "up" through your intestine.
2. Or, lay on your left side for a few minutes, consequently rotate to your stomach for a minute or two. Then rotate to your right side for a few minutes. Due to the spiral nature of the bowel, this will tend to "work" the gas through the intestine.
One or a combination of both of these two techniques hold worked successfully for me for many years.
Keep up the water intake, that is big. Eliminating processed foods and sugar is also helpful.
I have one trick that I relate my clients about that works very ably. Jumping on a mini-trampoline or rebounder will help with constipation. Source(s): www.diet-and-exercise-for-health.com/con… I be also thiking irritable bowel syndrome. I would go to the ER now to trademark sure you do not have a blockage. Both of them could cause serious problems, but a blockage is more instant. I had similar symptoms, and mine was a blockage. Although I have a fever as well, but that's not other the case. Have someone massage your hindmost up and down to see if they can get things moving. Then let them do your stomach. This will dispense you temporary relief, but please want medical attention. Now!
