Okay so I could crack my neck sort of loudly alot through the day. Not when I turn it but if I tilt it towards my shoulder it will crack or turn it adjectives around in a circular motion. Im 13, female and I dont drink alot of milk exactly, but I return with calcium from other foods. Im really scared of bring like my grandma similar to hunched over and stuff. It does'nt EXACTLY hurt if I turn it all the way as far as I can turn but its a pressering feeling.
Also I think, a few years ago, when I be 8 or 9 I fell off my bed. My entire floor was'nt all carpeted so near was hard floor where on earth I fell. Ever since that I remember cracking my neck.
Could this be a sign of arthritis?

hi hun,
cracking your neck - or any cut of your body, fingers, toes, etc does NOT cause arthritis contrary to popular belief.
here's why it's bad - what you're in actuality doing is moving air/gases between joints - it's what makes the popping/cracking pandemonium (just air!) What this movement does it basically loosen the tendons that hold everything contained by place - so basically cracking WILL weaken your grip if it's contained by your fingers
cracking your neck IS bad - not because it cause arthritis, but because it loosens the tendons there - your neck won't fall down off - but it...weakens the system as a unbroken and can cause chronic pain next on in life - I really strongly suggest you stop cracking anything -
the sense it doesn't hurt is basically because of a temporary nouns that you get from cracking - no one cracks their fingers because it feel bad - they do it to relieve the tension/pain they feel. it's equal with the neck. You'll find this out as you step through more school, and spend long days hunched over a desk, that you get up and EVERYTHING will spontaneously crack, posterior, neck, everything haha - but to consciously do it is not a good impression, because cracking makes it MORE painful subsequently on - and your only solution then?
quirk would dictate you keep cracking...it's a vicious cycle.
stop now!
It's a sign that you hold a muscle or muscles that have become locked tight and need to be released. Not lots know how to do this and a dr. won't be able to diagnose it. I had d¨Ścolletage surgery a couple of years ago, and my neck was doing that same entry. When I asked the dr. about it he said that almost everyone who has nouns surgery has that so it's nothing to verbs abuot. then this past winter I found a process to release the muscles and have had great nouns with it. The big problem is all the muscles contained by the neck and which ones it might be that is giving you your problem. If you push around on your d¨Ścolletage you might find a spot that is more tender than the rest of your neck or it might of late make you jump up beside pain. When you find where that spot may be permit me know and where the spot is and I will pass along the relief I have.
