Why is it that when I'm give or take a few to go down asleep or of late get up up I can't move for a while?

The thing is that I have this huge discomfort(not pain) contained by my backbone(the neck area). My backbone feels close to it is very weak and when I receive sudden movements or move my head from one side to another it feels similar to it is about to brake. Lately, when I sleep on my back I have a feeling alot of pressure on the back of my skull and the area starts numbing. This numbing slowly spreads to the rest of my body(fingers, arms, legs).THE BIGGEST PROBLEM: When I wake up up I can't move for a minute or so and it's all because of the pressure on the back of my skull and collar.

YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR. Source(s): GOD BLESS
Your body is paralyses itself when you sleep so that you don't thrash about as you dream.

However your problem is different, it sounds as if you call for to see a doctor and fast
That sounds like some kind of cervical(neck) disc problem. I enjoy a neck problem too and have these vibrations many times.
Maybe you should go find an xray of your neck and show it to an orthopedist.
