Masturbation strengthens wrists...have fun while working out!
Piece of wood shoulder distance long.Break a broom handle.Tie string in a mesh in the middle.String length down to your knees.
Tie a weight your comfortable next to around the end.Stretch your
arms out holding the ends of pole(stick)Turn in your hand till
you've brought the weight up.Lower down turning the pole in your hand slowly.Continue until you can't.Change the weight
to lighter or heavier when you want. Also good for your arms.
Become a donkeys girlfriend. or get a work cutting turf.
YEP! I go along with the tennis bubble and also the squash ball method. A cheap remedy and certainly important.
The hard-way, you own to work them Use a light weight, 2lbs to start. Sit near wrist on same side knee, lying flat, then curl a short time ago the wrist up and return to start position. Alternate and do 3 sets of 15 reps. Next tie a 2-4lbs weight to a rope that is a touch longer than your shoulders., then to a stick. Starting with bulk on groung and arms extended sratight out (a) shoulder lenght. using JUST wrists twist the stick until tight against stick. Then slowly un-twist stick until weight is posterior on the ground. Do 3 sets of 8 reps.
In two-three weeks you will notice improvement. Cheers

Powerballs rock. Have used them regularly in times gone by, and once you get the technique it's really easy. My forearms be like steel lol Source(s): http://www.play.com/Gadgets/Gadgets/6-/S…
My wrist used to be very weak after a motorcycle catastrophe and the hospital physio told me to use a ball to strengthen it.
So I would go next to the powerball, didn't have them in the UK 20 years ago.
Please be wary of your wrists, if they feel very hurting see a doc for an assessment. Make sure that you strap them properly for support when you train.
Andy
Go to the movies.
push ups on your fists
watching porn.
Play Foosball alot.
A pole with string tied inthe middle weight on the string, roll the p
pole surrounded by your hands and it builds up wrist muscles.
Dont listen to above.
Try gently squeezing a squash globe.
i own a weak right wrist coz i used to put a lot of pressure on it. i try not to put as much pressure on it very soon when i train. to protect it you could wrap it up while training to protect it from direct pressure.
