I've been to the doctor lately, and eye my eyes checked, and theyre fine. Ive also talk to my normal doctor and he put me on muscle relaxers. Though, these dont help any!
The headaches are getting worse lately. Theres more pain afterwards usual. To the point I could just break down and cry. And even more recently theyve be making me sick to my stomach. So its hard to get through a ordinary school day.
Its definatly not stress because I meditate to acquire rid of it, and believe me it helps.
So does anyone out there own anything similar, or past experiences? PLEASE HELP!
WELL worth the reading.

Make the nouns.

I am a nurse with over 25 years experience in this nouns and I have seen greatly of people with many illnesses caused from chemicals and fragranced products as well as VOC’s surrounded by their homes, schools and workplace. This problem is growing as more and more chemicals are being introduced and used on a on a daily basis basis.

We are seeing more and more people near Asthma, Migraines, Allergies, Hives and respiratory illnesses. I can not emphasize how important it is to edify yourself about MCS and the harm you may be doing to your robustness by using chemicals and fragranced products.

If you or a loved one suffers from Asthma, Allergies, Autism, chronic headaches, reproductive problems, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia, you need to read further and revise about the signs and symptoms of MCS - Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.

Most doctors will not inform you about this because patients as a together like to walk out of a doctors organization with a prescription for some magical medicine and they do not want to be told that their expensive topical perfume or newly installed carpet may be the culprit. So, the doctor will contribute you medications and many of these meds any do not work or cause other health problems.

Chemicals and fragranced products are repeatedly the root of all evil when it comes to your health. Many of the below mentioned items are adjectives triggers to sinus, asthma, itching, headaches, Migraines and allergy problems amongst other health issues. Get rid of them and your lungs will thank you and you will breathe easier.

And, it is not merely personal body or cleaning products causing havoc on your health….many empire become ill after wearing brand new clothing, dry-cleaned clothes, installing investigational carpet, painting, buying a trial mattress or after home renovations because of the Flame Retardants, Benzenes, Formaldehydes, etc. used in these products. So the answer is NO, you are not imagining that 2 weeks after your home, organization or classroom got renovated you started to become ill, grasp dizzy or have headaches. This is going on more and more these days and adults as well as children are becoming sicker and sicker.

Unfortunately, too tons doctors compound the problem by prescribing chemical medications to try to alleviate the symptoms of an already chemical overloaded body and they rarely report the patient to eliminate the chemical offender. How many times have I see people in the grocery store next to Bounce, Glade Plug-Ins and Febreeze in their shopping cart along near a bottle of Benadryl , Migraine Excedrin and a box of Allergy Tablets ? Why don’t they make the connection?

No Bounce or dryer sheets
No Febreeze
No Glade Plug-ins
No malodorous candles
No Fragranced Products on Body, Hair or Clothing
No Smoke
No Dander
No Sprays

More and more offices and schools are creating “Fragrance Free Zones”… why do you reckon this is?

Here is a Brain Spect Scan Before and after a whiff of perfume:

Lots of great info at:
My dear be couragious.Pl try acupressure given below for some relief within bad h/a.

Alternate systems of medicine can solitary help you.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not individual these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all hurting diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , warmth, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their cause. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% nouns in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you order pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of torment for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs enjoy tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, swelling, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; verbs, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not here.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in differing nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf help but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a scratchy point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear inside 30 seconds.

For forehead pain the points are within front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

I'll put my money on Migraines. I've had them adjectives my life and until just the finishing few years..they were on a daily justification! I've found my "triggers" and know HOW to treat specific migraines now (I have specific name for them)
The key is finding a GOOD doctor who is willing to work near you not only to find out if it IS migraines (get a CT scan, MRI, Sinus Cavity Scan and dont forget a headache diary, thats how I found ALL my triggers) but then you can concentrate on prevention and actual treatment. Whether it's anyone put on a beta blocker or calcium blocker, but also pain management. THAT is incredibly important, some doctors REFUSE to give discomfort meds (they are idiots) some actually suffer from migraines or similar problems so they can relate and really work with you.

Take it sooner or later at a time!

*Start eating small meal/snacks frequently (one of my triggers, when Im hungry, my head hurts)
* Stay Away from Dairy, Smokey rooms, peanut butter, sure smells like popcorn
*get enough sleep but don't oversleep

I enjoy also done meditation and that helps too, so does going to lay down in a cool dimness room and then meditating at hand.

I have found that small amounts of caffeine HELPS, if you drink say, a pepsi (soda) near taking a pain reliever, the caffeine speeds up the relief. (check the box on midol, that should bequeath you an idea)

I know you want to cry, I've been there, even tried squeezing my manager because it helped! But, trust me, crying will make the person in charge pound more! Breathe through your nose and out your mouth and lightly close your eyes to where on earth they barely touch and picture yourself on a floating cloud with a white feathery enveloping your body especially around your head. That always seem to help me and relaxes me enough that I find that I slop asleep.. and it sounds like you know that falling asleep with THAT agony is almost impossible.

If it helps:
I take inderal nightly for "prevention" and for some types of my migraine depending on my trigger,

I run Tylenol 3 with codeine and my other "weather migraine" (when low fronts come or rain etc..)

I own to take vicodin instead.

Ultram (and Ultracet) gave me a appropriation.

Imitrex did nothing but made me sick,

When it 1st all started, Midrin did the trick, it also have a muscle relaxer in it and my headaches be gone within 20 minutes, but back later, I was a lightweight and it put me to sleep but I was merry that I felt better.

good luck!
Headaches can sometimes be related to the neck. You may want to try an nouns neck traction. It helped mine when nought else would. Source(s):
Most daily headache syndromes, especially those durable for extended periods, and not having neurologic signs, are a chronic day after day headache. These can either start as migraines or tension headache, and the initial triggers are no longer the issue.

Usually, as a person has many headaches, they start trying to ease the symptom near analgesic medications. These can be Tylenol, ibuprofen, and aspirin or prescribed medications. If you purloin these too often (usually considered to be more than 2 or 3 days a week, they lose their effectiveness, and you start getting come back headaches, from the medications themselves.

See this site:…

This is a difficult issue, and faced bu masses headache sufferers. You need to see a neurologist or headache specialist, and have them work on clearing these medication out of your system, and then get you on a headache prevention psychiatric help.

I have had greatly of experience with this, and it is common, but can be treated. The worst things that you can do at this point are adding together narcotic analgesic medications. Also many of the herbal remedies are nonrefined version of the same compounds, so do not start herbal therapy until see.

There are even some medications for migraine that can continue this syndrome.

The best remedies at this point are to travel to a darkened room, decrease excess sounds, place a cold compress over your forehead and/or eyes, and try to relax or sleep.

Generally, muscle relaxants do not contribute to this condition.

Some people enjoy seen benefit with accupuncture psychiatric help, but there is no scientific evidence that it in reality shows significant benefit. Chiropractic can also sometimes be beneficial, but in some headache syndromes can also be dangerous. Please seize cleared for manipulative therapy before trying these technique.

Some responders have suggested MRI/CT scans, but these are not indicated unless you enjoy a change in symptoms or neurologic change.

I wish you the best! Source(s): Pain Management/Headache Specialist

Allergies and exposure to pollutants in the heavens (cigarette smoke, heavy perfumes, etc) can inflict headaches like that, too.

I once have a headache just like you described -- no over the counter drugs would cure it -- because my college roommate be a cigarette smoker and even with the windows amenable, the smoke lingering in the room be so bad. It took me and my doctor two months to figure it out, so I can sympathize beside your plight entirely.

You could also be suffering from migraines, maybe.
You may enjoy pressure building up in your brain. Go to the doctor and INSIST on a CAT scan and an MRI scan.
