a person who tries to harm himself is solely responsible for his whereabouts . Not his ex gf and not you.
Your Grandmother maybe is diabetic or hypoglycemic. Again how is that any of your fault ? Its not , it might be poor keeping on her part or just doomed to failure luck .
Your sister should see a doctor urgently. That much weight loss in a few days isnt anorexia or bulimia, theres something else occurring .
You seem to have profoundly of problems in a short time , NONE of them even remotely your bad habit . Your sister needs a doctors examination if you can afford it , a free clinic or womans form center may be available if cost is a problem .
Visit grandmother and see if they identified her blood sugar problem. It could be something as simple as her not eating properly and then man under strain . She should be fine but may need drugs within the future .
The guy that oded needs counselling. Theres nought really that you can do there except tell your gf that she is NOT responsible for his travels . She had good reason for his being an ex. You cant stay with someone because they threaten to hurt themselves if you give notice . Thats not even remotely love or friendship.
You need to read your message and see that you don't really have these problems, everyone else does so why are you letting everyone elses problems kind you feel so sad?
I realize at your age it's difficult to distinquish between your own problems and other peoples but do, look over your message, the lone thing that seems to truly affect you is that your girlfriend is worried going on for her ex.
the best method you can help yourself and you loved ones. is to remain calm and contained by control of yourself.
you have to expect that whatever happen is for the best. whether you will ever see evidence of it or not, does not matter. the only personage that you can control is yourself. be happy, remember happy memories.
glowing people make everyone around them a bit happier. be happy so you can give sentiment support to your loved ones. things will only improve if you truly believe that they will.
flawless luck.
Listen to me. This is hard. This is so hard. These are the times you enjoy to dig deep to hold on to it together. It's not your girlfriend's fault for anyone else's actions. You necessitate to not get caught up surrounded by that. Distance yourself for a bit and take a little time for yourself. Cry. Cry. It's ok to cry and to consent to it out. You are sad and going crazy now, but you will gain better. The only thing that can assist it is time. These crazy, unexplainable things that happen are inevitable and the are beyond your control. The only point in your control is how you react to it. Talk it out - this can do wonders - discuss to someone you trust (not anyone already involved with this). Like, a teacher, coach, a friend within a different circle. I'm rooting for you, but remember - don't be crazy and make rash decision, ok? Call someone first.
