Is on the opportunity drug carrying out tests done within hospitals to adjectives human resources?

Pre-employment screening is done and they may do a drug test on an employee at any time if they own good reason.
Depends on company policy , some do some dont . While doing drug testing they use urine/hair sample and no needles are involved.
People who have access to such drugs should be tested regularly. The patients lives are contained by their hands and it does not seem resembling much is done to promote their safety.!
Where I work we are drug tested when one hired but not after that. Some hospitals might do random drug tests but mine doesn't. Probably should.
