i take quinine tablets from my dr., but i still take cramps. here is a tip my yoga teacher give me and it works every time. pinch the fleshy part of ur nostrils really tight 4 a minute or so. dont close the nostrils try this n you'll find it works. dont forget the 10 points,
obtain up and do some exercise
take smaller amount salt in ur diet.
i heard that they moderately happen if you have flat foot. if u don't then i don't know
get some pills containing magnesium or potassium. or just start consumption more potatoes [fresh only]
