I'm 16 and about a month ago I started taking one 50mg zinc supplement tablet at night to clear up some acne. Your supposed to purloin it on a full stomach, and I usually take it about 1-2 hours after I enjoy eaten. If you take it on an clear stomach its supposed to make you vomit. I never felt that I be going to vomit, until recently. I have be staying up late these nights and so after I bear the tablet I would stay up another 2-3 hours. So I have been sleep deprived. And I'm not sure almost this, but when your body is tired then its metabolism is also low right? So I'm not sure all of the zinc is man metabolized (if heavy metals such as zinc are even metabolized in the first place). But I hold not cut back on my zinc intake, so lately I've been notion like I'm going to throw up. I also started experiencing lots of joint twinge today, and I think this has a direct correlation to the certainty that I only got 2 and a partly hours of sleep last night and I still took that zinc tablet.
So do these seem like the signs to zinc poisoning? Or is it just my nouns of sleep that is making me sick? Please don't tell me to "dance see my doctor" because I already plan to, I just need to know right immediately though because I want to change my habits right away.
Oh and I don't drink or anything so that shouldn't be affecting anything.

you have to bring back sleep and you have to eat next to that meds or may get sick, lack of sleep make you susceptible to just about anything
