My knees cracks/pops when I bend it?

So, my knee crack and / or pops when I bend it. I feel no niggle whatsoever, unless i put press on my knee while bending it. Should I be worried?

P.S ( I'm 13 )
Answers:
Thats simply your body telling you you need to stretch. My arm does it adjectives the time and im only 14.
Personally, I wouldn't. Both of my ankles crack when I run upstairs after waking up for maybe 10-30 minutes. Also, my right ankle pops calmly whenever I roll it clockwise and occasionally cracks very loudly. I wouldn't be worried, you are probably going through growth spurts or something similar, seeing your age. In addition, I'm 15 so I presume it's pretty normal for this age group.
no its normal
Besides the joint fluid phenomenon, I have hear that tendons themselves can create the sound when they a pulled over a bump on a bone. The solution is to build up muscle.
there could be copious reasons
a) you're still growing
b) osgood-schlatter disease
c) gap between pooled which creates air pocket and therefore the cracking

i own osgood-schlatter's so i'll elaborate more on that and btw its not really a disease i would say. but anywho seriously of people have it. pretty much it's the top of you're tibia growing too brisk (naturally/from recovery) and therefore creating a spur you can say. so in a minute your patella bone is also pushed forward and that results is the tendon that goes from your femur to tibia stretches too much and as a result the pain when you bend it.
if you do have this, be aware of it because what i did final year was "ignored" it (since i've had it for over 6 years now). next i got tendonitis from playing tennis (from all the stop and goes) which i'm still recovering from.

the best entry to do obviously though is go see a doctor and they''ll be capable of tell you what precautions you should take and if you should wear a knees brace/strap when doing sports
no, pretty normal jump to a doctor if it starts to hurt.

i have an artificial knee immediately, and it still makes those noises
Its fine, i'm fifteen the same item happens to me, its sort of a sign your going to grow- if it starts to hurt go to see a doctor, next to my when i rotate my right and left ankle it cracks, my knee elbow and d¨Ścolletage does that aswell. so no biggy.
its normal dont verbs
THERE IS FLUID BETWEEN JOINTS AND CARTILAGE AND IF THIS IS THIN YOU CAN HEAR NOISES AS IN GRINDING AND POPPING YOU MIGHT HAVE THIS DISORDER IT IS NOT RARE I RECOMMEND SEEING A DOCTOR Source(s): I AM A NURSE
no thats normal..
that other happens to my knee or my arm!
no worries =)
