When one considers the destructive effect of negative thinking, in that apears to be strong evidence that you should live longer. Positive thinking is not an avenue that can create pathological conditions, negatives do.
positive thinking can make us feel better just about ourself selfs, but im not sure it can make a phicial difference.
The experts not simply say it can, but that the opposite is true also-negativity and stress can label you ill and shorten your lifespan significantly.
Like the others, I agree, but would not necessarily label it as 'positive thinking'. I would voice that there is nothing similar to keeping going for keeping going. Having some interesting thing to occupy your mind, whether it is from your work or from a recreation. The more exercise your brain get the more likely it is to keep going contained by old age.

I also believe that action is the best anti-depressant. It is also one of the hardest things for clinically depressed ancestors to start, but if you can break down your apparent barriers into tiny engagements and do them one at a time, you would be amazed at what is possible.

Another trick is to ACT as if you are what you wish to be. In other words to pretend you are actually any thespian in a film and pretend to be the personage or character that you would like to b. As someone who has suffered from chronic back misery for the last seven years i had a choice. I could bring back on with my life and relish it, or sit there and let race feel sorry for me. By thinking positively I have done more over the closing seven years than I ever did before. It's true I still have the cramp, but i also have the satisfaction of knowing what I own achieved.
I'm sure it can. We don't use a much of our brain, so I'm sure it's possible. People have used plasebo's for years within drug trials. A fraction of people are cured without in actuality taking anything. It must be mind over matter.

Definitely, with being positive one's mind is break open and receptive, while negativity closes the opportunities, and closes the mind. Looking for things I can be pleased about is my favorite practice. when days come that I am not as positive as I should be, and soon enough my thoughts have changed, and vivacity is good again. When illness strikes I hold learned to give appreciation for the health there is contained by my body, and praise and thank God for the healinig that is going to come .
Yes I believe that so much.My father who is 87 hated going to a doctor and didn,t hold a repeat script till last year ,he always told me if you budge to a doctor they would find things wrong with you and prescibe anything.I the same I despise doctors I think if you stop worrying it will go on its own if its lately a complaint you have .My dad went final year he had a cold and ended up within hospital just to tell him he have a bad heart bad bowel and adjectives number of things ,he went home feeling really low.I took him a bottle of whiskey his penchant,and he turned downed loads of appointments he was sent and is enjoying enthusiasm.Mind over matter it works trust me im a doctors receptionist
i think so, we believe surrounded by things they happen, i think man creates his own destiny, and we will subconciously agree ourselves into things if we think about them adjectives the time so positive thinking is def the way to go .
I know from experience that positive thinking certainly help you cope with the restrictions of illness and surrounded by some cases I do believe it can 'cure', depending on the illness of course. Learning to cope near the changes illness brings, sure has great benefits and positive outcomes, much better than 'giving in' and taking refuge below the bedcovers!!

Feeling stressed almost something can actually be harmful to your body within a number of ways, including detrimental effects to your heart and immune system (putting you at higher risk of heart disease, strokes, infections, autoimmune diseases, and even some cancers). THE OLDEST PERSON I EVER MET WAS 107, SHE WALKED, TALKED AND EVEN PUT MAKEUP ON EVERY DAY. SHE OUTLIVED HER CHILDREN AND EVEN SOME GRANDCHILDREN. I think the answer is a definate YES! People who are chirpy within themselves tend to be more sociable, outgoing, have more friends and are fun to be next to. This means that they are more active and thus fitter, hold more support when they have problems, which they don't need to dwell on and thus remain smiling and active for longer. Believing that an illness is simply another problem that can be overcome helps to keep the immune system in good health and thus making recovery from illness quicker.
Those who are cynical in their outlook on life do own these benefits and so are more likely to be ill and their reclamation will be slower!
