Or you can just start ingestion healthy foods and water. I used to be resembling that then I just changed the things I be eating in going on for a week or two I was getting energy and I be less tired...I didnt really think adjectives that was becasue of that. Like during lunch try this fat food sometime and then the next afternoon eat healthy.
The briskly food/Fat will make you really sleepy after lunch VS the healthy food you wont even have a feeling sleepy.

try yoga sometimes is that your mentally tired you should try not to get too much sleep, recommend 8hrs try to attain that. im full time student and work part time and honestly try yoga and if you have time swot to meditated for a Buddhist temple if you can there great honest luck!!
