Several times a day I get a "fluttering" uproar in my right ear. It's similar to if you take your flat foot and gently smack your ear. It doesn't hurt, I really haven't been dizzy, although here was one morning I was dizzy for several hours. Just figure that was the weather.
This has be going on for a good month now. What's up?

I have many as a child, and in one ear I get a weird one with blood blisters and my ear drum ruptured. Because of this my ear drum have scars, so I get this strange racket almost like when wind is rattle paper, almost like the nouns a kite makes when it catches the turn. It's my ear drum when it moves. It doesn't do it often, but it's because of my previous ear infections.
You may have water stuck inside your ear, try shaking your cranium to that side. I get this often beside spring allergies, it is from my sinuses being clogged.

It sounds resembling a moth layed eggs in your ear while you were sleeping. I'd team leader immediately to the ER.
It may be something surrounded by your ear, or pressure like when you go on a plane and your ears pop. I dont construe it should last that long thought... go to the doctor and get hold of it checked out!

Could be that, or a low grade ear infection.

I have impossible to tell apart thing. Don't know why. Doctor said it could be from nasal allergies, which I do not believe. No on else can hear it, and usually I only do when its completely quiet. Rythym seems to travel with the heartbeat. its weird
