What can you do yo preserve yourself up..but you dont hold....?

-no caffine products
-no gum
- and you fell asleep so many times


what can you do to hold your self going because i have to read this ebook. and really like it but iam so darn tired. i took a rest and a powernap...then feel tired surrounded by the next couple of hours

Do not deny your body sleep under any circumstance, it is extremely unhealthy to do so!

help yourself to a shower. i do that when necessary and its really refreshing afterwards. i'm up for at least another 2 hours.

Your sleep cycle is every 20 minutes so if you take a power sleep which is exactly 20 minutes you will feel refreshed. I won't bore you beside the details of the sleep cycle and REM's but basically you have a full sleep cycle every 20 minutes so lug a nap for 20 minutes only and you should be capable of read. I'd say smack your self in the lead with a frying pan, but consequently your eyes would be bugging and you wouldn't be able to read, you'd be hurting to, so try and Ice cold shower, that would wake my azz up for a while, try it out...
keep putting a cold cloth on your face and open a porthole with cold air on you
splash your fash next to cold water. take a march around the hose. make your heart beat faster than usual. when you read, sit up straight; don't slump within your seat. place your hands on the counter or table. don't be comfortable. concentrate.
Keep moving. Walk while you are reading. A tread mill would really help. I don't resembling to drink coffee to stay awake so I find the coldest juice I can get. You might try drinking really cold hose down. If you drink enough it will shock your system awake and you will have to pee so much that you will not know how to sleep.

Read for 10 minutes then take a two minute break. Get up are hike around stretch and then go put money on to reading.
Sleep and read it when you rouse up. If you're that tired you won't remember what you read anyway.

But if you want to waste your time... get some rime cubes in a cup and slip one in your pant every 3 minutes. Alternate between front and back. That should give you a intact bouquet of sensations to keep you going a bit longer... seriously, don't do that, go to bed :)
