I've had a pain below my disappeared ribs for years (like a pinched nerve) and I've had the muscles around that area checked out numerous times but nil was wrong. After feeling around that nouns again I've noticed my bottom rib on the left side go inward and it kind of feels similar to it starts to go underneath the next one up. It's different to the ribs on my right which consistency normal and if I breath in alot you can see a slight difference. Does this nouns like a out of place rib and could a absurd rib effect my stomach muscles causing a tight annoying feeling?

Yes it could cause that feeling.
It is certainly fairly common as if referred to as 'floating rib'...unanimously apart from being annoying it doesn't cause a problem.
