well... it is a very devout thing that it swelled up. The non-bruising really is nothing to be concerned give or take a few. If the pain does not go away within another week or so consult your doctor immediately. I hope it starts to feel better soon. Good Luck! Source(s): My Mom is a nurse
It could be bruised even though you can't see it. Have you tried any ice pack? Alternate 30 minutes with ice, later 30 without. It certainly couldn't hurt to own your doc take a look at it. Good luck.
I will probably hurt for a while. What you have is a contusion that have formed under the skin. Even though a bruise is not visible, it is still here. Be patient. It will eventually resolve. Source(s): Registered Nurse
Just don't do it again
most feasible a constusion. Problem is there is very little space for swelling to progress when you hit your head. Thats why some people close up getting a hard bump on there lead. You hit your head, it bruises a bit, and then because it have nowhere to go it hardens.
After the swelling have stopped it will stop hurting. Make sure though there is not a soft spot where you hurt your person in charge. Make sure there is not yellow fluid coming out of your ears or antenna. Make sure you do not have any vision, audible range, or balance problems. If you have any of the above, attain to a doctor soon.
Also, don't take asprin as it will increase swelling. Source(s): certified athletic trainer
Put some ice on it, you've probably merely got a lil bruising under the skin, or I don`t know a cut. Don't worry to much, it's just still tender it sounds similar to. If you start forgetting things, experience severe diziness or loss of sight, contact emergency services right away or have a friend drive you to the ER. Other than that unlikely event, you're surrounded by the clear!
You do have a bruise you purely can't see it. The fact that it swelled means that you didn't do any solid damage. It will probably take another week or so for the niggle to go away.
