Weird sensation contained by foot?

I'm 23-years old, a little over freight and not very active except walking around at work. For the past 2 months I have have this warming sensation in my right foot. It will acquire warm and then cool rotten periodically. Whenever I'm at work I don't notice it, probably because I'm not thinking of it. However, when I get home and hold nothing else to think roughly speaking, I notice the sensation. I have have my blood pressure tested and while fasting I'm usually between 75 and 85 so I know it's not diabetes. What else could be causing this? I thought it could be an issue near my shoes, but I wear different pairs everyday so I don't know if that's good or bad. What do you ruminate may be causing this weird sensation? Thank You
Answers:
you can hold lower back problems and it show up in your foot, maybe that is where on earth the problem begins, lay on a heat wipe for awhile and see if that helps, if your bp is good and your sugar is fitting it has to be a nerve somewhere man pinched you would think
