My shoulder blade on my back right side has be hurting for almost two months now. It hurts whenever I move it too much, and feels resembling a tension building, tingly/slicing pain. About a month ago I tried moving it around because I thought it be just a tight muscle. As I was moving it, the rigidity built, got tighter and tighter, then my hindmost made a squishy sound, and it felt approaching something had burst. It still hurts, but only if I move my arm a unmistaken way, sit a certain method, or do repetitious activities with my upper right side. Does anyone hold an idea of what this may be?

get some diazepam to depolarise your muscle spasms?
(only available on prescription and for a maximum 4 weeks-highly addictive -do not give somebody a lift when not in spasm)
when a muscle gets hurt it tightens up to protect itself. Some times it doesn't stop. Itcan start pulling other muscles and grounds them to tighten up. Once the muscle is tight it is all the easier to hurt it. It can become a terrible circle of twinge. I had simular problems untill I went to a sport injury clinic. They spent a few weeks stretching the muscles to seize them back the way they belonged. I've not have the problem again for the last 8 years.
Something to look into.
