try popping hindmost into place
Yeah your shoulder is, you will be in pain until you walk to the E.R they will pop it back in. i hae done this since.. it is painful and looked exactly like that. turn see a doctor ASAP! good luck, even after it is back within it will hurt for about 2 weeks.. stay out of gym and stuff, after it goes wager on in it will always pop out, but you will be to get hold of it back in. honest luck Source(s): moi
Oh yeah, most imagined if it looks wrong, it is. Go to the ER now. They will reset it and give you aching meds after. For now, it's ok if you keep it contained by a position that's comfortable for you, but try not to move it. Try to support it with your other arm, and if there is a triangular lint there, get someone to painstakingly make a sling for you.
I'm not going to sugarcoat it. It's going to hurt when they reset it and you will probably need physical analysis afterward for a while. But you should be ok. I hope you have better luck.. Source(s): I work with an EMS component.

These days, no one would take that nice of risk.
You gotta have a doctor pop it back contained by.
It seems like it would hurt even more but it is really a nouns to have it done.
