I was polaying a game at praise troop sleepover this past weekend, where you climb below the church pews lol. and i didn't realise, but i gpt major carpet burns on the inside of my knees, and they HURT LIKE POO!! omg. lol. very well, how do i get rid of them?? sometimes it hurts just to put dampen on them.

try putting aloe vera on them its very soothing
Yes, Aloe will not only facilitate the scrapes heal faster, it will relieve soothe the pain as well. It's best if you can return with an actual Aloe plant, that's ready of course, and cut bad the tip of a "leaf", and squeeze some "juice" on the wound and smear it around.
