Swollen ankle and...?

ok so in pe i rolled my ankle and now (the 2nd day) my foot and calf are respectively a little swollen what should i do and no it does not hurt to touch and its not red and...my calf is not tight help?

poised down you will be fine if you listen to what i tell you just put rime on it for 20min take it off for 1 hr later back on for 20 min do this for as long as you can if you fell your calf or soleus which are the muscles in you lower leg calf is the the rear soleus is on the side. If they start getting tight then get up and put your foot if it is hard to turn your ankle in and channel then you should really go see a doctor and do physical psychoanalysis but for most people that is not credible so just look up physical therapy for the ankle on google and do those exercises keep hold of me posted on your recovery Source(s): i am in athletic training classes
Nuttin to verbs about in itself. But be sure to exercise your ankle buy doing rolling exercises (ie rotate your foot as much as you can going on for your ankle for a few minutes in both directions, if it starts to hurt, stop. This can help minimise adjectives injury due to proprioceptive reduction).
