Answers:
your doctor should have suggested you dance to some physical therapy. my 16 year old son have had repeated injuries to his right shoulder playing goalie in soccer. he starts PT this week for his. even though he is a really fit guy the doc wishes him to get some strenghtening in his shoulders so the tendons and ligaments that hold been overstretched can heal and enjoy less of a chance of repeated injury. If the doc didn't suggest it it would benefit you to hail as and ask for some physical therapy. If your shoulder isn't feeling polite you should sit the bench for a while and let it heal. Football is especially doomed to failure on the shoulders and my friends son was 17 when football caused him to enjoy to have surgery and his shoulders will never be the same.

Take consideration of yourself. You have an entire life to live.
