heres the story, my bf was a meth addict. he shot up once surrounded by his neck and wound up with an abcess. after we get together he was clean and the abcess begin to grow so we went to our local clinic and they cut it open drained it and stuffed it next to gauze. it began to heal. but presently about 7 months later theres still a hole and it still produces a sticky white gross (smells like butt) stuff. we went rear legs and had it tested its not bacteria... so what is it and how can we stop it?

my guess is this is probably a sebhorreaic abcess, the disgusting smell is only from skin oil not being released and festering below the surface of your boyfriend's skin. i know it's gross, because my boyfriend used to have them, and i had one once myself.
