I do not run or get exercise that often but I am still pretty athletic and contained by alright shape. Every time I start to try and get regular with running again I own to abandon it because both of my calves get stiff a few minutes into running. My concrete question is, are my calves getting stiff just because I own not been running or working them out regularly or is this a lack of potassium and marine? I thought maybe it was because I do not run habitually but everyone cannot have this problem when they first start running. Both my calves just travel stiff and start to burn shortly into my run every time I go and I can continue to run but after a while it is in recent times too much and I have to stop. It is so frustrating not even getting winded or tired of running because I have to stop prematurely because of the calves.
