I have been have shoulder pain pretty recently that wont travel away. I play baseball and the same pain within the front of my shoulder and im pretty sure its from throwing. It happened over the summer for about 2 weeks run its course then i had to strengthen it again, presently its came back and have hurt for about a week and a half and doesnt have a feeling any better. Anyone know what it could be?

Hey check out this website. It has different stretch exercises for these description of problems. I have used a few of these for various problems and they can give a hand. I don't know if you are suppose to does this if the muscle is inflamed. Might want to ask the doc

Why don't you visit a chiropractic?
you're probably sore from not doing warm-ups before playing baseball that other happens to me i forget if its not that well you should move about to your doctor its probably dislocated....goodluck

I agree near you it could be from throwing.
It also can be arthritus.
Go and get it checked up at the doctors.

If you play baseball, it could be a rotator cuff issue. If it radiate into your right shoulder blade, in your upper back, it could be nerve bladder issues.
Maybe see a doctor and rule out anything serious.
You could have very very well injured your rotator cuff, as it is a common shoulder injury. From what you have described they are adjectives signs of the same thing; a shoulder injury. Whether you want to telephone it a rotator cuff tear or tendinitis shoulder, it's really all alike. A tear, strain or inflammation in the rotator cuff muscles and tendons.
There are two central causes of most shoulder injuries. The first being degeneration, or standard wear and tear. Unfortunately, the shoulder is a tendinous area that receive very little blood supply. The tendons of the rotator cuff muscles receive very little oxygen and nutrients from blood supply, and as a result are especially adjectives to degeneration with aging. This lack of blood supply is also the pretext why a shoulder injury can take quite closely of time to heal.
The second cause of most shoulder injuries is due to excessive force, or simply putting too much strain on the tendons of the shoulder muscles. This usually occur when you try to lift something that is too big or when a force is applied to the arm while it's in an unusual or awkward position. This sounds to me to most likely be your overnight case as throwing can be a very strenuous and straining activity.
To aid prevent further injury and to help relieve your pain I would recommend a stretching routine. Many associates are unaware of the adverse affects that stretching can have on misery management and injury prevention.

It might be something with the muscle that never healed. You should consult a doctor to hold a look and he could send you to a specialist to make sure you're okay. You don't want to hold on to holding it off or else it'll a moment ago get worse to the point you might not be able to play anymore. I have scapula thoracic bursitis in my shoulder. The doctors don't know why but they right to be heard usually baseball/softball players or people who get within accidents get this... I've gone to specialists and orthopaedic surgeons and physical therapist - everyone's body is different, I'd get it checked by SEVERAL orthopaedic surgeons.because I've gotten a lot of different answers (surgery, P.T. (which I go to all 4 different PTs and none helped), lidoderm, zanaflex, darvocet, etc.). Seriously get checked out - it's not something to screw around beside - especially if you are recently noticing it......moral luck!!
