I recently picked my ear too much and i kinda slept sideways the other night, and when i woke up after next morning, i found out that my left ear's audible range is odd, i picked it and i see some blood and green substance.Today, the blood and green substance stopped discharging but my hearing is still a bit off, any idea what happen or what i can do to improve my hearing?
