ok i so i was having allergy allergys so i needed to sneeze so i plugged my snout and sneezed a few times. I needed to sneeze some more so i just put my head over the sink and a moment ago sneezed the third time i sneezed and some blood came out so i got startled and tried to stop sneezing. So is my nose ok is the bleeding serious? Is my nose ok? Oh and some more info: the blood probaly come from the inside of my nose because when i went to be in motion check if it wasnone came out out so it was surrounded by the upper part of my nose

yes you are fine! Bloody nose are not life threatening unless you loose a lot of blood or own them too often. Going forward, don't plug your nose when you sneeze. You aren't releasing the pressure that builds up and that could be the defence for the blood. Just cover your nose with a tissue and sneeze away from food and relations.
