I was taking a shower when all of a sudden I feel strange, like I was going to throw up. Then I begin seeing stars and it clouded my vision until I coudn't see anything- just stern. The next thing I know, I had no control over my limbs or body and I be holdng on to the towel bar. I thought I was going insane or dying.. Then My nightmare started coming back but I still felt disoriented, I manage to stumble out of the shower to my bed and my vision returned to normal. Now I'm brand of shaky and I'm scared that it'll happen again.
Did I go beyond out or what?
