What happen when a capillary is blown out within youre arm?

Ok i was stabed in the forearm next to a peice of 0.032inch lockwire , which is a wire we use on aircraft to secure bolts down,ably this peice of wire i beleive went through a artery a small one but a vein , now I hold a bruise around it with another bruise leading sour of it to another small vein is this something to worry nearly? And yes I am up to date on my tetnus shots.

It may have broken a capillary, which isn't anything to worry in the region of. Anytime you have a bruise, you have a broken capillary. If I be you, I would not be concerned. Ice can help with the bruising, which should clear up contained by a week or so. Also, since you got stabbed, do you have a cut or puncture or other spread out wound on your arm? If you do, keep an eye on that to make sure it doesn't capture infected. Put some neosporin on it and keep it bandaged.
