I fell in my kitchen and a knife get stuck in my arm on the top by my shoulder if I go to the hospital within going to call the cops. Its not bleeding that much and it just hit muscle. How can I treat it I poured some vodka on it So what can I use to stitch it up.

It's wrong for hospitals to call the police to report patients for illegal endeavours (unless it's child abuse). Otherwise, it would discourage people from seeking medical treatment. Put gauze or a towel over the wound, and wrap it up with an ACE lint, or something that applies pressure. Get to the nearest Emergency Room as soon as you can! Infection can easily set in and spread to the blood stream for reflective wounds like that.

if you're going to act macho, it's broken. why should you be scared of the cops? they just want to receive sure you weren't attacked in any way. lately tell them it was an twist of fate and get some proffesional medical assistance. vodka doesnt help. it purely makes it painful.
I know this isn't the answer you want but you inevitability to go to the hospital and get someone to stitch it up for you. it isn't undisruptive to stitch it up yourself.

You need to walk to an ER like it or not. I won't get into the gross details of what WILL transpire to you if you don't get the proper treatment.

Clean the wound with alcohol (isopropol from the drug store).
Hold it together as best you can.
If you hold nothing else, dental floss will work as stitches.
Thread the needle & start stitching.
Umm..how about getting yourself to the hospital in the past you bleed to death?
Apply pressure while you thread it shut.
Or better however, go to the hospital. Have someone else drive though.
Do you have any Super Glue in the house? Hospitals use super paste to close the skin of minor injuries. Just don't glue your fingers to your arm.
By the way. That story of falling contained by the kitchen is lame. If you got to the hospital, it is best to say zilch or have a better story. :-)
