if its bubbling up and not simply one big bubble than its a third degree bure you need to budge to the doctor about that one they have a special drug so that it wont leave any scars its call ziodyine(silveriodine) or something in that line. and second sour you never ever put it under cold or hot water. with the sole purpose luke warm if you put it directly under cold dampen it will rise the heat out to quick. you stipulation to go to the E.R. and get that tooking assistance of no first aid cream is going to help that. my back from swimming get 2nd and third grade burns. so i know what i am talking just about and good luck. i know it hurts.

it sounds more like a 2nd degree burn beside the blistering skin...a 3rd degree burn usually means seeing bone through adjectives flesh...both need medical attention (3rd always!), but a couplke of things to form sure to remember include - always use only fresh hose down - nothing with any grease base and use sterile bandaging that must be changed after it gets damp...easy to get infection...
Go to the ER if it hurts that unpromising and it is blister, you could get a infection it could become worse and you can scar.
