Okay my friend has some cool plastic gauges for the ear hole. and they stretch your ear out. The problem is i want some but they dont hold my size anymore in that color and its not see thru. They costed him alot and he let me borrow them. Although in that is some crust or particles around them. How do i disinfect them EXTREMELY well?

Barring that... soak them in water & ocean salt, scrape the crusties rotten, and then soak them in 90% isopropyl alcohol - NOT the regular 70% stuff. Only the 90% will wipe out everything (the actual number may be 90 - 94%).
But you should really try to get them cooked in the autoclave at a piercing store, first.
rubbing alcohol and or peroxide
rubbing alcohol, after antibacterial soap, and peroxide wash each passageway
