well im 26 M working in MNC .my opportunity timings are 11:00 am to 11:45:pm and my weight is 105 kgs (231.5 pounds) & i dont get satisfactory time to look after my health .most of time i sit infront of computer and i spend time in sitting contained by cab when i go to department and return to home back because my office is 70 kms from my home.how to state my body as my waist size is 38 inches .i wear a jeans of 36 waist .actually my upper body part is more bulgy as compared to my thighs and waist

Try to fit in walking everyday. You hold to MAKE time for your health. Even walking 1-2 miles averyday is good for the entire body:) Sparing 1/2 or so a light of day is not so hard if you try. Good luck:)

You need to trade name different choices in the food you eat while sitting at the computer, and you obligation some exercise if you want to feel good when you attain older.

For starters buy some of the ready to chomp through baby carrots and munch on them while working. They will also relief your skin. Grocery stores have a large hotchpotch of ready to eat fruits and veges that you could revise to enjoy.

Lay off the bread, chips and doughnuts. Instead of drinking soda (diet is the WORST if you want to loose weightiness as it causes you to retain fluids and increases appetite!) drink mineral water (your body requests the minerals). Get the kind with gas (carbonation) so it make you feel as if you had a soda.

You are below a lot of stress working such long hours, and your body will thank you for the good nutrition.

I don't know where on earth you live, but I live in the United States. I recently started a group call Weight Watchers. You are on a diet but can eat whatever you want as long as it is within your points range. Its confusing at first, but after a while, its easier to understand. Only exercise will abet. You need to put you health greater in your priority list. Do you ever relax? Do some exercise for at tiniest part of that time. At work, walk up the stairs instead of using the pull. Get the cab to drop you off a block or two from work and step the rest of the way - and then increase the distance. It's far-reaching - you're setting up your health issues (or not) for later contained by your life.
well buy a nutrition chart from a health store or jump see a doctor and ask him/her about it. or jus eat abundantly of foods from the food group and have some fatty foods sumtimes not all the time.
