I don't want to take drugs or pills. I have never have trouble sleeping, but I can't stay asleep lately. I wake up too early surrounded by the morning and I am tired all day afterwards. I am so flustered please help.

A 4 or 5 mile hike with my dog over the hill down to the beach has equal effect.
After a healthy, balanced lunchtime and the company of my partner through the evening a sound sleep is assured. The next daylight is always something to look forward to.
hello, sometimes stress and other psychological issues make family not sleep all night..it happen to me too..it takes me a while to get to sleep most night...if you do not want to take drugs (i don't blame you) then appropriate MELATONIN(3mg) you can get this at any health food store...melatonin is already stored and produced surrounded by our bodies, but as we get older, it decrease and we need to supplement for it..even at a young age sometimes we call for to supplement...always remember to make sure your room is completely cloudy and no other noise around...i hope this helps...
Cut out caffeine and sugar after 2 PM. If you take vitamins, help yourself to them only in the morning (never at night).
Also, try reading contained by bed before you fall asleep to sort sure your mind is put to rest before you fall asleep.

Make sure you go to bed at a possibly late hour so you don't toss and turn because you're not tired, but don't go to bed too unpaid, either. Make sure you're not getting to much sleep either, because this make you tired as well.
form sure the t.v & computer are OFF not just on mute or whatevr b-cuz it is a proven scientific reality that ppl's sleep better w/ out them on. ph & it might be the time change.
I've gotten stressed just now and wasn't able to sleep. This is what I did and do...
1. Find something to help de-sress. I suggest some sort of exercise--but not too delayed in the evening. Swimming, running, a bike ride, a long walk, or something at the gym. The workout other takes my mind off things, and it help make me a wee bit sleepy. ...Or yoga. My boyfriend is all roughly yoga and says it may not be 'intense' but it's relaxing.
2. When you go to bed, create sure all lights are out. If you have roommates, similar to me, and they like to leave the assembly room light on and the light get in your room, or if the street lights find their way within, get a night concealing outfit thinggy.
3. Try some relaxing music to fall asleep to. A nature disc--ocean sounds or forest sounds. Maybe some piano music or--whatever, as long as in that aren't any lyrics. Make sure it's something with a slow beat to it--slow and relaxing...
4. Pamper yourself--a nice hot bubble tub with lavender, or I think Avon's Milk and Honey bubble bath--some homey and nice. Have some caffeine free, hot tea--Celestial Seasons Sweet Dreams, attractive. (Might be Bigelow, not Celestial Seasons... very good though, works too.) Lights out, candles lit, mellow music, lay down and relax. ...Or bring a journal and just write it adjectives out, sometimes that's best.
Those are some things I do when I'm stressed and they help. Rarely do I ever take a Tylonel PM or anything resembling that--if it comes down to it though, wow do those put you out, but definately make sure you have 8-9 hours to sleep that sour.
