grrrr!! ive been trying to sleep since 9 now its 3 am! i cant sleep! relief help help! i also only got my period yesterday and coodnt sleep later either

well I hope you asleep by presently, otherwise go have some hot chocolate and next lay down and have a picture in your mind that you are on the seaside with sun is going down and come yourself down. I think you in recent times had a hectic day that's why you can not relax, you too stressed.
er..okay try readin a BORING book that will make u sleep or try drinkin milk.
If u r a christian, say a prayer telling God why u involve a very good n nouns sleep 4 tomorrow. Then lie in bed n steal 10 slow very deep breathings and be in motion 2 sleep... or read the BIBLE in bed n sleep when sleepy.
OR
If u r a pagan, lie contained by bed, take breathing as above, and count backward from 100 to 0 slowly, don't trademark mistake... u make a mistake start from 100 again...

LOL, girl we are in the same boat! Try lieing down, closing your eyes and repeat to yourself over & over some phrase that comforts you. I use "Thy will be done" When other thoughts push contained by, push em back out and repeat your phrase. Works for me. Tonight however, is my 1st time on q&a and its pretty interesting! HEHE
